Data Management Software
OfficeBox
OfficeBox is a tool where user can share the document or data with their group/company member in private location. Every user will be given an authority to read or write access (by the administrator) to manage their own data. Every task (upload or download file) have been performed will be recorded in the system log in order for the administrator to monitor the user activities. Besides that, user can share the data with other person by sending the file link instead of entire document to avoid network traffic conjunction and mailbox capacity exceeds the limit.
